- Save Documentation: Keep the original invoice, receipt, or any official documentation that shows the amount of the customs/import tax charged.
- Request Reimbursement: Send a copy of the documentation to our customer service team at sale@ordermascot.com, along with your order number.
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. Once verified, we’ll reimburse the full amount of the customs/import tax via PayPal (using the same payment method as your original order).

- Reimbursements are limited to customs, duties, and import taxes directly charged by government authorities. They do not include fees for delayed payments, storage, or other third-party service charges.
- To qualify for reimbursement, the charge must be incurred within 30 days of your shipment’s delivery date.
