Terms & Conditions for OrderMascot

1. Orders

• Online Ordering Only: All orders must be placed through our website (www.ordermascot.com). We do not accept orders via phone, email, or other offline channels unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Order Confirmation: Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment. A formal order confirmation, including details of your design, pricing, and timeline, will be sent once your design mockup is approved. This confirmation constitutes a binding agreement between you and OrderMascot.

2. Production & Delivery

• Production Time: Standard production for custom mascots takes 1-5 business days from the date of design approval and receipt of the required deposit.
• Shipping Options:
  • Free Standard Shipping: Delivery takes 10-15 business days from the date of production completion. This option is available for all U.S. orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: For an additional fee of 100 USD, delivery is completed within 5-7 business days from the date of production completion.
• Shipping Restrictions: Shipping is available to U.S. addresses. For international shipping, please contact our customer service team at sales@ordermascot.com for availability and additional fees.
• Delays: While we strive to meet all timelines, production or shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages, weather disruptions). We will notify you promptly of any delays and provide revised timelines.

3. Payment

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include production costs. Shipping fees (if applicable) are added at checkout.
• Payment Method: Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal, which accepts credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balances.
• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to initiate production. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the mascot is shipped. Failure to pay the balance may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Return Period: To be eligible for a return, you must notify us in writing at sales@ordermascot.com within 7 days of receiving your mascot. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.
• Return Conditions: The mascot must be returned in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, and must match the approved design mockup. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, refunds will be issued via PayPal using the original payment method, and typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom mascots that have been modified or used, or that do not match the approved design due to customer error, are not eligible for a refund.

5. Design & Intellectual Property

• Design Approval: We will provide a digital design mockup for your review within 1-2 business days of order placement. You may request up to 2 revisions at no additional cost; subsequent revisions will incur fees. Your order will proceed to production only after you approve the final mockup.
• Intellectual Property: You warrant that any designs, logos, or materials provided by you do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the custom mascot design transfer to you. OrderMascot retains the right to use images of completed mascots for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

• OrderMascot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
• Our liability for any defective product is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.
