At OrderMascot, we want you to have a clear understanding of how your custom mascot gets from production to your door. Below is a breakdown of our production timeline, shipping origins, and delivery options to help you plan accordingly.

Production & Shipping Origin

Your custom mascot is crafted with care at our partner manufacturing facility in China. Once production is complete, all orders are shipped directly from China to your specified address.

Production typically takes 1-5 business days from two key milestones:

Your final approval of the design mockup.

Receipt of the required deposit (50% of the total order cost).

We’ll notify you via email once production is finished and your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods from China to meet your timeline needs. All shipments are fully tracked, and you’ll receive a tracking number (via email) once your order is in transit.

1. Free Shipping （No tax）

Delivery Time:

For U.S. addresses: 10-15 business days from the date production is finished (includes international transit).

For countries outside the U.S.: 10-15 business days + an additional 2-10 days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Coverage: Available worldwide.

Carriers: Shipped via trusted international partners (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or DHL), with final delivery handled by local carriers in the destination country.

This option is ideal if you’re not in a rush and want to keep costs low.

2. Expedited Shipping ($100 per order for U.S. addresses; international rates apply) （No tax）

Delivery Time:

For U.S. addresses: 5-7 business days from the date production is finished (priority international transit).

For countries outside the U.S.: 5-7 business days + an additional 2-10 days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Coverage: Available worldwide.

Carriers: Sent via expedited services from major carriers (e.g., FedEx International Priority or DHL Express) for faster cross-border delivery.

Standard Shipping:

U.S. addresses: Total time = Production (1-5 days) + International Shipping (10-15 days) → Approximately 11-20 business days.

International addresses: Total time = Production (1-5 days) + International Shipping (10-15 days + 2-10 days) → Approximately 13-30 business days.

Expedited Shipping:

U.S. addresses: Total time = Production (1-5 days) + International Shipping (5-7 days) → Approximately 6-12 business days.

International addresses: Total time = Production (1-5 days) + International Shipping (5-7 days + 2-10 days) → Approximately 8-22 business days.
